Group processes and intergroup dynamics are part of Ales’ special focus both in his practice, as well as in academic and theory development. Ales has been working with groups in clinical, training, and organisational settings, focusing predominantly on unconscious processes.
As organisational dynamics consultant, Ales is working with companies, groups, teams as a whole; the focus being predominantly on collective culture, dynamics, and other intangible parts of group dynamics. His work entails systemic assessment/diagnosis, guidelines, and change.
He is also active as a relational process mediator, working primarily with organisations, individuals, or families by helping them in resolution of often unseen stalemates in relational conflict.
